• Pain is reduced to a minimum (spinal or intravenous anesthesia) compared to the standard method.

• Scarring is virtually absent in a month. The skin incisions are sewn by very thin cosmetic threads, or the edges of wounds are connected without a seam by strips (special plaster).

• The possibility of combined treatment (phlebectomy + sclerotherapy + EVLC, phlebectomy + ligation of perforant veins + EVLC).  Note that the cost of the operation does not increase.
